Marie Colvin "A Private War"
Marie Catherine Colvin (January 12, 1956 – February 22, 2012) was an American journalist WHO worked as a foreign affairs correspondent, for the British newspaper The Sunday Times from 1985 until her death. She died while covering the siege of Homs in Syria. (Wikipedia)

A new film, A Private War, tells how Colvin, in a blazing portrait by Rosemund Pike, thrust herself into six killing zones. She lost sight in one eye from a grenade exploding in her face in Sri Lanka, but she remained glamorous and graceful. (TIME Nov 19, 2018, p18)
